EXIM Bank provides working capital guaranties (pre-export financing); export credit insurance; and loan guaranties and direct loans (buyer financing). No transaction is too large or too small. On average, more than 85% of EXIM Bank's transactions directly benefit U.S. small businesses.

The U.S. Commercial Service helps U.S. companies export goods and services, resolve market barriers and promotes foreign investment into the United States.
The U.S. Small Business Administration's Export Express, International Trade Loan and Export Working Capital Program (EWCP) are designed to help small business exporters. SBA provides participating lenders with up to 90% guaranty on amounts up to $5 million to facilitate the small business loan and or line of credit.

Driving Directions to Tolloty Technology Incubator:
The Tolloty Technology Incubator is located at 1776 Tech Park Drive NE, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663. The building is located across University Drive from Kent State Tuscarawas. As you go past the campus, turn left off of University Drive on to Tech Park Drive, just before you reach the Buckeye Career Center. Turn left again at the first drive and the building is on your right.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STREET AND BUILDING LOCATION MAY NOT BE ON COMMERCIAL MAPPING PROGRAMS.

From the North, take I-77 South to the Rt. 250 bypass at Uhrichsville/New Philadelphia. Follow Rt. 250 Southeast toward Uhrichsville. Get off at the Schoenbrunn exit, turn right. Go to the second traffic light and turn right on to University Drive NE (Just past the Timken Company).
From the South, take I-77 North. Exit at the New Philadelphia Exit. Turn right at the exit and proceed 4 miles (through downtown) to University Drive NE. Turn left on to University Drive. OR when you exit 77, at the light, turn left on to I-77 South and Rt. 250 Southeast on ramp, then bear to the left for Rt. 250 Southeast. Proceed as directed above on Rt. 250 Southeast.
From the East, take Rt. 250 West. Exit at the Schoenbrunn Exit and turn left. Go to the first traffic light and then turn right on University Drive NE (Just past the Timken Company).
