1776 Tech Park Dr NE New Philadelphia OH 44663 The Tolloty Technology Incubator is located at 1776 Tech Park Drive, New Philadelphia OH 44663. The building is located across University Drive from the Kent State Tuscarawas Campus. As you go past the Kent Tusc campus, turn left off of University Drive on to Tech Park Drive, just before you reach the Buckeye Career Center.
